4K 8MP camera module
The camera module is equipped with a zoom lens that provides 20x optical zoom. Optical zoom allows you to enlarge an image without losing image quality because it adjusts the focal length of the lens to bring distant objects closer. This feature is particularly useful for applications that require capturing details from a distance, such as surveillance or wildlife photography. The module uses IMX415 image sensor. It has a resolution of 8 megapixels (8MP), which delivers excellent image detail and clarity. The camera module supports 60 frames/second video recording. Higher frame rates enable smoother video playback, reduce motion blur and provide real-time video capture. This is beneficial for applications involving fast-moving subjects or where smooth video output is required. The camera module communicates with the host device using the MIPI (Mobile Industrial Processor Interface) interface. The MIPI interface provides high data transfer rates and power efficiency, ensuring fast and reliable transfer of image data from the camera module to the host device.
